Staff Enterprise Apps Developer - IBM Maximo

Salary: $116,600 - 194,400 per year Requirements:

• We need extensive hands-on experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
• We require a strong grasp of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer, workflows, database schemas, and integration frameworks.
• We look for proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integration work.
• We need experience developing complex BIRT reports and supporting workflow-driven processes.
• We require comfort with REST/JSON integrations across enterprise systems.
• We value a solid understanding of database environments, especially DB2, as well as HTML.
• We want someone who is organized, detail-focused, and an effective communicator who collaborates well within a team.
• A bachelors degree in a technical field with 8-12 years of related experience, or a masters degree with 5-7 years of equivalent experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience is typically required.
• Nice to have: experience with Maximo Scheduler, Work Centers, or MAS 9+.
• Nice to have: familiarity with GxP regulations and validation standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
• Nice to have: knowledge of OpenShift, DevOps practices, or cloud-native technologies.
• Nice to have: familiarity with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery methods.

• We analyze complex business problems and convert them into effective Maximo-based solutions.
• We design, build, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform.
• We contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
• We partner with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical specifications.
• We develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using web services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework.
• We extend Maximo through configurations, workflows, automation scripts, MBO customizations, and BIRT reporting.
• We troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• We prepare validation documentation, test plans, and execute test cases to verify quality.
• We maintain system documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• We mentor team members and support a culture of continuous learning.
• We build strong working relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• We occasionally support integrations with data platforms such as BigQuery and reporting tools like Tableau.
• We may also assist with AVEVA PI content creation and troubleshooting when needed.
