Full Time Payroll Coordinator, La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and change orientated support coworker for our Payroll area. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support responsibilities associated with highly confidential matters. Responsibilities include:
- Processing new hires and rehires into our HRIS system.
- Processing co-worker changes into our HRIS system.
- Processing data corrections into our HRIS system.
- Data entry of various payroll deductions and reimbursements into our Payroll system.
- Time card entry into our Time & Attendance system.
- Running and distributing various reports for management and external agencies.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong work ethic, team player, and high degree of professionalism and ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
- Organized, accurate and detail orientated.
- Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors and UKG Kronos is a plus.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm. This position is an in office position and will be located at our Support Center in La Crosse, WI.
