About the Role:

The East Regional Sales Director will lead and oversee all sales operations within the Eastern United States, driving revenue growth and market expansion. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with the company’s overall objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability. The director will manage and mentor a diverse sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing team capabilities. Collaboration with marketing, product development, and customer service teams will be essential to tailor offerings to regional market needs and optimize customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this position is responsible for establishing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining a competitive edge in the region.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or national capacity.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar sales budgets and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities:
