Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in labor and delivery, including both low and high-risk cases
• Administer blood products and participate in cardiovascular procedures
• Utilize and manage epidural pumps, PCA pumps, and other anesthesia equipment
• Assist with C-sections, pre and post-operative care, and gynecological procedures
• Float to postpartum and NICU units based on skill set as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact licensure accepted for Swedish facilities
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
• Proven expertise in Epic charting system
• Certifications in BLS, FHM, NRP required; ACLS preferred
• Previous experience with special procedures such as Magnesium Sulfate therapy
• Adept in managing patients with a 1:1-3 staffing ratio
