Tech Project Mgr Prin (Executive Technology Event Coordinator)

Leads team of cross functional professionals for a specific period to time to deliver high quality technology solutions to the business. Lead collaboration to create and agree upon plan to deliver a solution to the business, and then baseline the project for ongoing tracking either by scope or functionality. Team will follow the chosen project management methodology and standard work to deliver the solution, continually keeping the project team and stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and plans to overcome those challenges. The scope of job can range from a program, set of projects or product depending upon assignment. The resources may be managing the entire project or a specific part of the part of the project. Financial management may be of department, program, or projects and include applicable Procurement Management activities. Job Description Accountable for end-to-end planning and execution of technology and operational coordination for executive level meetings. Provide program-level and operational leadership and direction for executive support team. What you’ll do: Essential Job Functions & Tasks Responsible for leading coordination of large, complex executive level meetings Exceptional cross-functional coordination and communication skills Ability to manage high-pressure, executive-facing environments Attention to detail with strong execution discipline Proven track‑record of successfully managing complex work, coordinating across multiple teams, and effectively communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization (including timely escalation of risks/issues) Excellent communication skills and executive presence, including ability to create written communications (such as PowerPoint) that clearly articulate the message and confidently deliver to leaders. Proactive problem‑solving and escalation management skills Technical experience with video conference technologies, including MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx and/or Google Meet Travel required – 20‑25% Onsite position in AEP Headquarters building 1RP, Columbus, OH What We’re Looking For: Education requirements are listed below: Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required. Work Experience requirement listed below: 7 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered. What You’ll Get: Base Salary from $116,255.00 – $151,132.50/year.
