Mother Wolf Miami is seeking a skilled Broiler Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for ensuring food quality and safety while cooking over our wood-fired grill. The ideal candidate should have experience in a fast-paced kitchen and be a team player. Tasks include monitoring cooking temperature, communicating with the kitchen staff, and adhering to food safety standards.
