\n \nJob Summary
\nWe are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with Revit experience to develop and maintain 3D models for construction and engineering projects. This role will support design coordination, clash detection, and project execution across cross-functional teams.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit \n
- Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from BIM models \n
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools \n
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams \n
- Update models based on design changes and field conditions \n
- Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards \n
- Support project coordination meetings and issue resolution \n
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling) \n
- Understanding of construction drawings and MEP systems \n
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Experience with Navisworks or clash detection tools \n
- Experience in semiconductor / fab construction projects \n
- Familiarity with AutoCAD \n
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred) \n
Additional Information

- This role supports large-scale semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix \n
- Mandarin is a plus for coordination with international teams \n
