$14 hourly to start

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, balancing guest preferences with operational needs to optimize the dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
• Assist guests with inquiries about menu options, specials, and dietary accommodations, providing knowledgeable and courteous guidance.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station, ensuring all materials are readily available and the area is presentable.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and cohesive work environment, fostering a culture of mutual respect and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.

• Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing the dining experience.

• Proven track record of effective communication with kitchen and waitstaff for seamless service.

• Knowledgeable about menu options, specials, and dietary accommodations to assist guests.
