ProAssure Clinical Services Specialist (Hybrid)

This hybrid role provides clinical support and customer enablement for ProAssure solutions at Stryker. The specialist will establish clinical processes, train end users, assess workflows, perform troubleshooting, and collaborate across teams to improve solution adoption and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote clinical support for ProAssure solutions including end user support and workflow assessment
- Conduct clinical rounding with healthcare staff to identify workflow issues, training needs, and adoption opportunities
- Perform basic layer troubleshooting and issue identification with end users and support personnel
- Develop and deliver training, job aids, and practical resources to enable sustainable customer support
- Collaborate with Technical Support, R&D, and other teams on advanced troubleshooting and product improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Business Administration, or Healthcare (or 6+ years relevant experience)
- Minimum 4 years clinical or healthcare IT experience
- Demonstrated success supporting clinical end users through rounding, training, and workflow assessment
- Advanced experience with clinical workflow analysis, design, and implementation
- Direct experience working with physicians, nurses, clinical educators, and healthcare leadership
- Ability to identify user and workflow issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate appropriately
- Experience developing training materials, job aids, and resources for sustainable customer self-service
Compensation: $69,500 - $193,400 USD Annual (varies by US location band)
