Essential Functions * Partner with manager to exploit current culinary trends and implement new and on-brand initiatives

• Collaborates with manager to create menus for special events as needed
• Work with Restaurant Manager to ensure proper communication with co-workers
• Be a motivating presence and leader to the staff to constantly improve and

exceed customer expectations Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years direct experience
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules,

operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals * Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays Essential Physical Requirements * Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department

• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping
• Position may require working in a warm kitchen environment
• Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
