Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans that reflect the needs and goals of your clients. \n

- Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of therapy services in accordance with professional standards, ensuring a continuous record of client progress and service delivery. \n

- Addressing client concerns promptly and professionally while recognizing that patient safety and satisfaction are paramount in the therapeutic process. \n

Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

- A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. \n
- Current state or national licensure, or eligibility for licensure as a professional therapy provider in Oregon, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of relevant mental health counseling experience, particularly in settings that have emphasized multidisciplinary collaboration and client-centered care methodologies.
