Job Duties

We operate a clinic that performs a variety of professional nursing duties. Our mission is to protect the communitys health through the promotion of wellness and the prevention of disease. As a nurse working for us you can expect to offer preventative public health services by providing: Immunizations, testing for TB, and educating clients on international travel to provide needed immunizations or prescriptions. This position does travel in providing clinical services throughout Iron, Beaver, and Garfield Counties.

Work Schedule

• Monday thru Thursday 7:30-5:30, Friday from 8-5 with every other Friday off

Special Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah
• Must be CPR certified
• Must possess a valid Utah State driver's license

Work Environment

May be required to stay at or return to work during public health incidents and/or emergencies to perform duties specific to this classification or to perform other duties as requested in an assigned response position. This may require working a non-traditional work schedule or working outside normally assigned duties during the incident and/or emergency.
