What's In It For You Earn What You're Worth: $30.00-$38.00 per hour DOE with weekly pay Outstanding Benefits: Affordable medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Plan for Your Future: 401(k) with a 4% company match when you contribute 6% Everything You Need: Company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and the tools to do your job right Work-Life Balance: Up to 20 days of PTO (based on experience) plus paid holidays Stable, Year-Round Commercial Work: Join a company with nearly three decades of success serving commercial customers throughout the Phoenix market Grow Your Career: Ongoing training and opportunities to advance into senior technician and leadership roles What You'll Do Service, troubleshoot, repair, perform start-ups, and complete warranty work on commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and other commercial HVAC equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues quickly and provide effective solutions Perform preventive maintenance and identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability Work independently or alongside apprentices to complete work safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate professionally with customers and team members Represent CAMS with professionalism, urgency, and a commitment to outstanding customer service on every job What We're Looking For Five or more years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting, repair, start-up, and warranty experience across a variety of commercial HVAC equipment EPA Type II Certification (Universal Certification preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude A dependable professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship Why Choose CAMS?
