Cr8tive Realty is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Residential Real Estate Sales Agents . Whether you're an experienced real estate professional or looking to launch your career in residential real estate, we provide the training, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed.
As a Residential Real Estate Sales Agent, you'll help buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. You'll build meaningful relationships, provide expert guidance, and help clients find the perfect home while growing your own successful real estate business.

CompensationThis is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no base salary. Your income is based on your performance, with upside earning potential and no commission cap.

Responsibilities:Prospect and generate new buyer and seller leads through networking, referrals, open houses, and marketing.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential properties.
Conduct property showings and host open houses.
Guide clients through every stage of the home buying and selling process.
Prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) and educate clients on current market conditions.
Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of the clients.
Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about local housing market trends and available inventory.
Strong sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a forward-thinking mindset.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
Real estate license (preferred or willing to obtain, depending on local licensing requirements).
