• Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN experience, previous travel experience preferred, Epic experience required
• Certifications: BLS

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate palliative and symptom management to patients with serious or terminal illnesses
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments to optimize comfort and quality of life
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (Epic experience required)
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
• Educate patients and families about illness management and comfort measures
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols

What You Need:

• Valid RN licensure in Ohio or the ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital or specialized care setting
• BLS certification
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic electronic health record experience required
• Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills

About the Assignment:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new unit opening on 07/01, focusing on providing relief to patients with complex symptoms. During training before unit opening, you will gain valuable experience floating to inpatient units, broadening your clinical skills and exposure. This contract offers the chance to make a meaningful difference during a defined timeframe in a dynamic healthcare environment.
