On-going position in Hilbert for a Full-Time, Experienced AP Analyst.

Must  have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare voucher packets for each A/P invoice received
• Enter invoices into A/P module of accounting system
• Manage invoice flow in payment management software tools
• Analyze monthly expenses 
• Timely payment of invoices
• Manage vendors who require payments via ACH 
• Track & record intercompany activity 
• Special projects, as requested

Required Skills and Abilities: 

• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems 
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Associate degree in accounting preferred
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Attention to detail-good with numbers/math
• Self-motivated-ability to meet deadlines
• Dependability
• Flexibility
• Team-player / Strong Collaboration skills
