How you'll make an impact In this role, you'll be at the forefront of reinsurance analysis, helping to shape the future of risk management in the region. You'll: Dive deep into Chinese reinsurance treaties, conducting CAT modelling, portfolio studies, actuarial assessments, and other quantitative analyses to provide actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and reliability by cleaning and maintaining databases related to reinsurance treaties. Prepare detailed analysis reports and actively participate in renewal meetings, contributing to strategic decision‑making. Stay ahead of the curve by studying Chinese regulatory rules and ensuring compliance with evolving standards. Collaborate with a team of experts to tackle challenges and deliver tailored solutions for our clients. About you You're a motivated and detail‑oriented individual who is eager to make a difference in the world of reinsurance. Here's what you'll bring to the role: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related field. A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present your findings clearly and effectively. Proficiency in MS Excel (including VBA) and PowerPoint, along with familiarity in at least one programming language. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
