ABOUT OUR DEALERSHIP
We are a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership dedicated to delivering an exceptional vehicle-buying experience. We are currently seeking a driven, high-energy Automotive Sales Manager to lead our showroom floor, build a high-performing team, and drive department growth.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Automotive Sales Manager oversees the daily operations of the sales department. In this role, you will lead, train, and motivate our sales consultants, manage vehicle inventory, and directly assist in structuring and closing deals. Your primary objective is to maximize dealership gross profit, achieve monthly volume targets, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
* Showroom Operations: Manage daily floor traffic, desking deals, and assisting with customer negotiations.
* Inventory Management: Monitor vehicle inventory levels and assist with vehicle appraisals and trade-in pricing.
* CRM Utilization: Enforce strict usage of the dealership CRM for customer follow-ups, lead management, and retention.
* Performance Tracking: Set monthly sales quotas, track daily metrics, and report directly to the General Manager.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* Experience: 3 to 5 years of retail automotive sales experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in an automotive management role.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales volume and gross profit targets.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with dealership CRM systems, inventory management software (e.g., vAuto), and desking software.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing structures, and local vehicle sales regulations.
* Communication: Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
