Co-op Application Engineer

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Co‑op Application Engineer. The hourly rate for this position is $28.00 per hour. What you’ll do: The primary function of the Application Engineer Co‑op is to provide technical application support to customers, sales and other Bussmann division departments. The Application Engineer Co‑op will support more technical and in-depth email inquiries. The Application Engineer Co‑op will be viewed as the technical expert on Bussmann series products and their application. Job Responsibilities Provide in-depth technical application support to customers via phone, chat, and email. Actively engage in the training of customers and Division personnel. Develop and update training materials. Act as the technical expert from the factory. Provide guidance on NEC, UL, CSA, & IEC requirements for overcurrent and overvoltage protection. Qualifications: Basic (Required) Qualifications: Working toward a B.S. in Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8. The candidate must reside within 50 miles of Ellisville, MO. Preferred Qualifications: Major in Electrical Engineering. Two years of coursework completed.
