• Analyze and input lease details into database system
• Maintain accurate lease information for billing, rent adjustments, and collections
• Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs through accounting software
• Organize and update electronic tenant files
• Assist in resolving lease-related issues
• Communicate with legal counsel when necessary
• Monitor lease expiration dates and deadlines
• Prepare and deliver crucial landlord notices
• Track the status of pending lease transactions
• Assist with sales reporting by gathering data and inputting it into the system
• Interpret lease terms and conditions
• Generate reports as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a history of success; accounting or legal experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
• Experience in commercial real estate is a plus
• Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus
