ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART TIME)

Administrative AssistantWe are hiring immediately for a part time Administrative Assistant position. Location: Mountain Home School District - 470 North 3rd East Street, Mountain Home, ID 83647. Requirement: Prior office experience (invoicing, Excel, and filing) is required. Fixed Pay Rate: $14.91 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.Job Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. Essential duties and responsibilities include answering telephones and directing inquiries in a professional and client centric manner, maintaining confidential personnel files, assisting management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, assisting with staffing, completing and maintaining accurate and up to date records of students eligible for free and reduced priced lunches if applicable, entering weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer, performing daily bank deposit reconciliation, processing vendor invoices for payment, performing monthly vendor statement reconciliation, preparing monthly state claim form for reimbursement, assisting in preparation of end of month financial reports, attending in-service and/or safety meetings as required, maintaining clean and safe work environment, and performing other duties as assigned.Associates at Chartwells K-12 are offered many fantastic benefits.
