**Required Certifications:** BLS, ACLS **Years of Experience:** 2+ **Float Requirements:** Stepdown **Must Have Skills/Experience:** Critical Care experience; accountable for the provision of nursing care of assigned patients in all phases of care in the ICU. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients. **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** NHSS certification
