If you're ready for your work to matter, we're ready to hear from you!We're currently growing our team of Artisans with a Receptionist to be located at the Support Center in Spring/The Woodlands.The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and Artisans. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily office operations.Duties & Responsibilities· Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, and Artisans in a professional and friendly manner.· Answer, screen, and route incoming inquiries/phone calls.· Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.· Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.· Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.· Sort and distribute mail.· Complete and process business cards.· Support internal teams with administrative requests and office coordination, including back-up support for the office manager.· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.· Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.· Order meals for internal and external meetings when support is needed.· Host and support START week events.· Marketing and Communications support as needed.· Prepping birthday cards for the CEO· Engagement Expenses tracking and submitting receipts to accounting.Requirements· High school diploma or equivalent· Strong verbal and written communication skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software.· Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor.· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.· Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.· Associate's degree preferred.· Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is a plus.Working Conditions / Physical Demands· Work is performed in an office environment.· Ability to lift 15-30 pounds as needed when moving mail, business files, or papers.· Required to be in office 5 days a week from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMTravel Requirements· Travel required is less than 5%.About Refined TechnologiesRTI is a global industrial solutions provider delivering value to process facilities through expert-level refinery professionals skilled in operations, engineering, and process supervision.
