Together, we are shaping the future of digitization and paving the way for the next generation of innovation.Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4–7 years of experience and strong programming expertise, with a particular emphasis on the ColdFusion technology stack. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, reusable components and developing robust enterprise web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and maintain web applications with a strong emphasis on the ColdFusion technology stackBuild responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworksCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirementsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical design specificationsWork closely with development and business teams to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, including background jobs and processesProvide production support and resolve incidents in line with defined SLAsEnsure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and standardsMaintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders and leadershipWhat You Will BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong full-stack development experience with a focus on ColdFusion (CFML)Proven experience in web application development using object-oriented programming languages such as ColdFusion and/or Java3+ years of experience working with SQL databases (MS SQL Server preferred), including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored proceduresSolid front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience working with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applicationsStrong SQL expertise, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored proceduresExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party servicesExperience delivering enterprise-level applications in a cross-functional, collaborative environmentLocal candidates to Indianapolis, Dayton, Cincy and Columbus are highly preferred Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $88,400 - $125,100 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
