Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred• At least 4 years of experience in software development working with C++, Tuxedo, .Net, WebServices.• At least 1 year of Lead experience to lead a team • At least 2 year of experience in project lead activities not limited to estimation, resource management, prioritization, execution. • Candidate must have experience to work in Global Delivery model- i.e. onsite- offshore model.• Technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development• Must be able to collaborate with offshore team • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks• Ability to research new and emerging technologies• Experience in credit cards and Payments domain would be a plus• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. • At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development, maintenance projects.• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsQualifications Basic• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
