Manufacturing Technician Location: Salt Lake City, UT Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join a production team specializing in high-quality composite products. This hands‑on role involves operating machinery, assembling and finishing components, and ensuring products meet quality standards. On‑the‑job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret work orders and production instructions. Buff, finish, and assemble composite parts. Glue and assemble product components according to specifications. Operate computer-controlled machinery and monitor equipment performance. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Account for all parts associated with each work order. Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and understand work orders and production documentation in English. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
