Position Details Position: Lead Cook Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time / Temporary / Contract Responsibilities Lead and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service. Prepare meals while maintaining consistency and quality standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Assist with inventory, ordering, and stocking of kitchen supplies. Train and mentor cooks and kitchen staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous Lead Cook, Sous Chef, or supervisory kitchen experience required. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to lead a team in a high-volume environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
