Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.ResponsibilitiesDefining the technology strategy for the respective lines of businessManaging a team of developers both onshore and offshoreSoftware Engineer dedicated to Capital Markets Technology, with focus on building and managing end to end Capital Markets Deal execution initiativeCreating technology architecture for the applicationsManaging the deliverables and commitment to stability and operational excellencePerson will work closely with business and other technology stakeholders in a scaled Agile modelThe role also requires working on creating detailed design of the systemWorking with CTO to define the monitoring requirementsMentoring other senior developers, and making sure the team follows all technology best practicesRequired Qualifications4+ years' Experience building various financial applications, with experience in web development.
