Clinic Manager – Pediatric Therapy Practice Grow Together Therapy | Loveland, OH $26–$28/hour Are you the person who naturally notices what needs to be done, and gets it done? Grow Together Therapy is looking for a highly organized, dependable, detail oriented and proactive Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing pediatric therapy clinic. This is more than a front-desk position. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the daily operation of a clinic and takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming, and efficient experience for families and therapists. You will receive structured training and support from our leadership team, with the goal of becoming increasingly independent in managing the clinic’s daily administrative needs. What You’ll Do As our Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the daily execution of clinic operations, including: Managing patient scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, and appointment reminders Monitoring therapist schedules and proactively helping fill openings Managing new patient inquiries, intake, onboarding, and scheduling Coordinating insurance information, authorizations, referrals, and related paperwork Managing front-desk operations and patient check-in/check-out Communicating professionally with families by phone, email, and text Maintaining accurate patient information and administrative records Completing releases of information, superbills, forms, and routine paperwork Tracking outstanding administrative tasks and following them through to completion Supporting therapists with day-to-day administrative needs Maintaining an organized, welcoming, and prepared clinic environment Identifying routine problems and resolving them independently Knowing when an issue needs to be escalated to leadership Who We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who is independent, proactive, organized, comfortable with technology, and exceptionally reliable. How This Role Fits Into Our Team The Clinic Manager owns the day-to-day execution of the clinic. You will work closely with our Operations Manager, who oversees higher-level company operations such as billing, payroll, policies, funding, compliance, and operational systems. Your responsibility is making sure those systems are successfully carried out at the clinic level and that the immediate needs of patients, families, therapists, and the clinic are handled each day. Our goal is for the person in this position to develop into someone who can independently manage the daily administrative operations of their assigned clinic location.
