Act as a Strategic Consultant: Partner with healthcare leadership to design, implement, and evaluate multi‑fasceted, competency‑based programs that directly enhance clinical performance and delivery mechanisms. Champion Lifelong Learning: Consult on the full lifecycle—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation—of Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs that uphold our organization‑wide clinical standards. Elevate Scope of Practice: Establish and manage performance and competency benchmarks for inter‑professional programs, inspiring our clinical staff to practice to the absolute highest extent of their licensure. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work Experience Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
