Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. New graduates will be considered if they have extensive outpatient orthopedics experience during clinical rotations.
• Experience evaluating and developing treatment plans, documenting in medical records, and delivering outpatient therapy services.
• Ability to supervise and provide direction to support staff and students as assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the state practice act.
• 13-week assignment availability preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule, Monday through Friday, 8-hour days.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedic caseload and general outpatient therapy patients.
• Floating: May be required to float to other nearby clinic locations as needed.
