Conduct assessments for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using standardized measures and observational analysis.

• Create customized treatment protocols that cater to immediate goals as well as ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.
• Deliver focused speech therapy interventions centered on speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and family members to formulate comprehensive care plans.
• Provide educational resources for patients and families to ensure progress continues beyond therapy sessions.
• Support with occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring consistent care throughout all stages of treatment.
• Maintain precise and prompt documentation in accordance with state, federal, and agency regulations.
• Embrace continuous professional development, staying abreast of advancements within the discipline.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology obtained from an accredited institution.

• Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), even if ASHA certification is pending.

• State licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days post-employment.
