Description Restaurant Server - 34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel
The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking energetic and guest-focused Restaurant Servers to join our Food & Beverage team.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences for guests. A friendly personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are all important qualities for this role.
Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
• Greet guests promptly and ensure tables are clean and properly set
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, beverages, and restaurant offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout each shift
• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Handle high-volume service periods calmly and professionally
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Maintain regular and dependable attendance

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift

Compensation

• Estimated $20 - $35 per hour (includes base pay and tips)
