HVAC Technician

Job Summary Under general supervision, the HVAC Technician performs skilled, journey-level duties in the inspection, servicing, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and system controls. Provides technical assistance to other maintenance personnel and responds to emergency plumbing situations as required.
Requirements / Qualifications Comments and Other Information Experience:
• Three years of job-related experience as a journeyman-level air conditioning and heating technician, which included responsibility for a programmable energy management system with direct digital control and communication line for HVAC
