Job Title Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Location Lawrenceville, GA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (Schedule Varies) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit setting Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including those with complex and acute conditions Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems Adhere to all holiday scheduling requirements, including working 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ICU specialty AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills CCRN certification preferred Experience with Cerner electronic health records Prior experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit or COVID ICU environment Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a high-acuity ICU environment with a dynamic and collaborative care team Gain valuable contract experience in a well-established acute care setting Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 774899.
