Responsibilities Senior Frontend Engineer obsessed with delivering exceptional UX quality — crisp visuals, smooth transitions, and intuitive flows — while staying pragmatic about shipping fast and iterating. You know when to polish and when to push. You care deeply about reliability, testing, and performance, but you’re also a great communicator who brings designers, PMs, and backend engineers together to move quickly without breaking trust. You’ll own the core user experiences and help make Phantom feel world‑class and trustworthy. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience React + TypeScript, modular component design, state management (Zustand / Redux). Automated testing (Jest, Maestro, Detox). Performance tuning, error monitoring (Sentry, metrics). Strong UX collaboration with Design and PM. Ownership mindset — moves from definition → delivery → quality. Previous experience working in fintech or crypto environments. Has shipped high‑quality products and worked in high‑caliber software development organizations.
