Data Analyst

Data AnalystA growing software and data processing company with a national client base is seeking a full-time Research and Data Analyst to support the processing of TV ratings data. This role in the Data Services and QA Department is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail, solid math skills, and an interest in data analysis. The selected candidate will receive training on proprietary data processing and reporting software. Over time, this role offers opportunities for career progression into software quality assurance, data tracking, and project management. This is an onsite/in-office role.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess, analyze, and validate TV ratings data using internal tools.Ensure data integrity by following detailed processing guidelines.Utilize Excel and database tools to organize, track, and report findings.Identify patterns and trends in data to support decision-making.Collaborate with team members to maintain quality control standards.Assist in software quality assurance testing as needed.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and work ethic.Ability to follow detailed data processing instructions accurately.Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office applications.Experience using AI tools to boost proficiency and output (ideally Claude).Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.Comfort with numbers and basic calculations.Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with databases or SQL is a plus, but not required.If you're looking for a stable, rewarding role in data processing with room for advancement, apply today!
