Your contributions will directly impact the success of our restaurant and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, along with benefits and opportunities for career growth within our expanding organization. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations Ensure high standards of food, service, and cleanliness Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff Manage inventory and supply orders to maintain stock levelsHandle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly Implement promotional activities to increase customer engagement Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members Foster a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr NextGen Hospitality Solutions
