Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Essential Functions:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for residents.
Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and treatment plans.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other team members.
Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
