We are seeking a talented Leasing Agent to join our thriving team! The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy fast-paced work, show creativity, and have a high degree of professionalism when working with our residents. The Leasing Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with residents and vendors and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday - As Needed
• Sunday - Closed
• On-call rotation

Benefits:

• $3,600 Annual Tax-Free Reimbursement (ICHRA)

Compensation:

$20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards
• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
• Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs
• Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around

Qualifications:

• Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written

• Knowledge in Fair Housing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Authorized to work in the US
• Able to pass a criminal background check
