Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) Insurance Industry
Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional looking to make an impact in the insurance industry? Were seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with a background in insurance to join our dynamic teams in multiple Phoenix Metro locations!
Opportunities available in the East & West Valley.
What Were Looking For:
Arizona Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (Highly preferred)

ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service by managing policy inquiries, processing changes, and addressing client concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
Support agency owners in daily operations, ensuring smooth policy administration and client satisfaction.
Assist with agency marketing initiatives, leveraging your creativity to drive growth and brand awareness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulations to offer informed solutions.
RequirementsKey Qualifications
Arizona Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are HIGHLY desired.
Insurance Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, services, and processes.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in office software (MS Office, CRM systems) with experience using marketing tools like social media platforms, email marketing software, and Canva.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to ensure professional and clear interaction with clients and team members.
Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing Experience: Proven experience in customer outreach and executing effective promotional strategies.
Customer-Centric Attitude: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client relationships.
Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively with others while maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
Adaptability: Flexible and open to evolving responsibilities as the business grows.
