What You Will Be Doing Every Day

Your day begins with focus , not urgency.

You welcome your first patient and move through a one-on-one evaluation, taking the time to listen, assess movement, and understand what is truly driving their symptoms . You are able to think through progression, adjust treatment in real time , and guide care with intention instead of rushing.

As the day unfolds, you continue treating patients in a consistent model, building trust and momentum visit by visit . You collaborate naturally with a supportive clinical team, sharing insights, problem-solving together , and refining care plans when needed.

Throughout the day, you provide exercise supervision and clinical guidance as appropriate, ensuring patients are moving safely, confidently, and with purpose .

By the end of the day, your work feels complete. Your care was thoughtful . Your standards were protected .

• Full-Time Salary: $83,000 to $105,000 per year

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred; however, strong new grads will be considered
