Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Position

We are looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team.

We are a short 30-min drive from Downtown Dallas.

Hourly Range: $20-40, pending experience - DOE

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Position:

• Experience with eye surgery (loading IOLs/setting up phacoemulsification machine/etc.)

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) prepares the operating room by sterilizing and setting up the necessary equipment for the procedure.

Handles instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.

Responsible for assembling all equipment and ensuring it functions properly.

Selects and checks case charts and preference cards for correct instrument pan(s), packs, sterile supplies, and additional items needed for the case to facilitate timely procedure start times

Schedule: Tuesday or Thursday, no on-call required

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited surgical technician program or equivalent
• CST certification or able to obtain within 1st year of employment
• 1 year of experience as surgical technologist within eye surgery is preferred

Pay: $20-40.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

• Waxahachie, TX 75165 - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Surgical Technologist: 1 year (Eye surgery Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (Preferred)
