POSITION SUMMARY

Under direct supervision, the Marketing Copywriter Intern supports the STAT Marketing team by creating clear, compelling copy for multi-channel campaigns and website content across our family of Management Companies. This role will gain hands‑on experience in brand storytelling, campaign and content strategy while collaborating closely with designers, ManCo Marketing leaders, and subject‑matter experts. The intern will help ensure all messaging aligns with brand standards and engages our diverse audiences to support community lead generation and brand awareness efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Write and edit marketing copy for print and email campaigns, social media, and digital ads that reflect brand voice and strategy Assist with concepting and drafting content for integrated campaigns, including headlines, taglines, and calls‑to‑action Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitive messaging to inform creative direction Proofread and fact‑check copy for accuracy, grammar, and style consistency Collaborate with designers and ManCo Marketing Leaders to develop cohesive, visually aligned content that speaks to the uniqueness of each community and local market Maintain an organized library of content assets and version control for all copy projects Write and edit website copy to support marketing initiatives across our Management Companie Assist marketing team with essential administrative projects or duties

QUALIFICATIONS

Current college student or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar field preferred Knowledge of content management systems and marketing automation systems including HubSpot preferred Computer proficiency; knowledge of Microsoft Suite Excellent short‑form and long‑form writing skills in a variety of voices and tones Solid grammar, editing and proofreading capabilities Social fluency and a solid understanding of how to drive conversation and engagement across digital channelsAbility to think strategically and conceptualize creatively Ability to take direction and manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Ability to build relationships and articulate ideas well Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques Must have a passion for marketing Excellent organizational, verbal, written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation Organized with pleasant demeanor and strong ambition
