We've grown 80%+ annually for five consecutive years, and are continuing to grow.We're headquartered in Dallas at The Centrum, in the Oak Lawn neighborhood, where our teams work together every day to help organizations make faster and safer decisions when weather puts people, assets, and operations at risk.Perry Weather is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and help scale the recruiting function during a period of rapid growth. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the rest of the recruiting team to identify and hire the people who will define the next stage of the company. This role will have a direct impact on our ability to scale our technology, expand our customer base, and deliver on our mission of helping organizations achieve zero weather-related incidents while keeping operations running smoothly.We're looking for someone who is passionate about full life-cycle recruiting and thrives on execution - sourcing exceptional talent, running a great candidate experience, and closing great hires across multiple departments.Perry Weather is growing quickly, and hiring great people is one of the biggest levers we have to keep that growth going. Every hire you help bring on board directly shapes our ability to scale our technology, expand our customer base, and deliver on our mission - which makes this role integral to the company's success, not just a support function behind it. You'll have a direct hand in building the team that gets us to our next stage of growth.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, for roles across multiple departments, including Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience from first touch through offer.Employer Branding: Partner with People Ops and Marketing to promote Perry Weather's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates, highlighting our mission, values, and unique workplace culture.4+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally with experience hiring for technical rolesStrong full-cycle recruiting execution, with solid sourcing skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Understanding of the SaaS industry, with the ability to quickly grasp technical roles and requirements.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities, and comfort flexing across departments as hiring needs shift.Our Oak Lawn office isn't just a place to sit — it's where ideas move fast and culture stays strong.
