About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its high-growth consumer wellness and lifestyle business. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the company's long-term strategy, operational execution, and transformational growth journey. This role is pivotal in driving the business from mid-eight-figure revenue toward a larger global footprint, and the CEO will work closely with the Founder to define the company's structure, leadership systems, and scalable operating models. Key responsibilities include leading the strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, building a high-performing leadership team, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal CEO will have a proven track record in a senior executive leadership role, experience in scaling a business, and a strong background in consumer-facing or product-driven environments, with a preference for those with experience in wellness, health, FMCG, or adjacent lifestyle industries. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should possess a degree, with an MBA strongly preferred, and demonstrate a passion for wellness, mindfulness, personal development, or purpose-driven consumer brands. The role requires an executive with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, who can balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. The CEO will be accountable for the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, and must be adept at optimizing systems, processes, and cross-functional execution to champion operational excellence.
