Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience in school settings, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong skills in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with educators and staff
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
• Develop comprehensive IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families across two sites
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school policies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
