Patient Care Assistant

USA Health is seeking a PRN Nursing Assistant to support patient care across Mobile, AL. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, perform vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the RN/LPN. Responsibilities include maintaining clean patient areas, assisting with admissions and transfers, documenting intake and output, and following infection control standards.
