Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the food and beverage team in daily operations
- Learn and follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standard of food quality and safety
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests in dining areas and concession stands
- Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and coordination with vendors and suppliers

Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field
- Strong passion for food and beverage service with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Location: On Site Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center and Aquarium of The Pacific
