Zimmer Biomet is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment and alignment of global workforce time-tracking systems across multiple international manufacturing operations.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions) across multi-site operations in Mexico and Costa Rica .
The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing complex Workforce Management (WFM) or HRIS implementations within high-volume, multi-shift manufacturing environments, along with direct experience working with business operations in Mexico and Costa Rica.
This role requires the ability to align workforce management system architecture with regional labor regulations, payroll integrations, Free Trade Zone (FTZ) requirements, and 24/7 manufacturing shift operations .
Key Responsibilities LATAM UKG Implementation-
Own the complete software implementation lifecycle for UKG Pro Workforce Management across manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica.

Lead project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and regional stakeholders.

Align workforce management system logic with specialized corporate tax, audit, and time-tracking requirements applicable to Free Trade Zone manufacturing environments.

Support compliance requirements related to Costa Rica's R gimen de Zona Franca .

Partner with local HR and Payroll teams to configure system rules according to regional labor requirements.
